Now that Ma Ying-jeou has won the presidential election, major restructuring would have to be done in three main areas - economy, education and foreign ties. How effective the restructuring would be hugely determined by the people he appoints to run those ministries. Mr. Ma should not be a boxer and taking instructions from five hundred coaches. If he is to be successful in his tenure he has to take the lead and appoint the right people for the right job unlike the incumbent president.Will be looking forward to the 20th of May as he takes over the mantle from Ah-bian.
