"I'm going to die of a broken heart"
I was at hanging out at East Coast Park with a friend from school on Wednesday night - nearly a year since we last went there to chill. I thought and compared the state of mind that we have right now to the ones we had a year ago, and I was kinda surprised about how well I was coping with my emotional baggage now compared to him.
So, to that friend I'll repeat myself - GET A REBOUND!!!
"General amusement with the funny things my friends say"
Once again Andy entertains me with his irrelevance even though he's over in Sydney.
(I received a nudge from Andy on MSN.)
Andy: You doggy dog.
Andy: You know, something has been with me for quite some time now.
Thomas: Yo wassup man.
Thomas: Ask.
Andy: Yeah, that's why I always call you dog.
Andy: But you keep a cat.
Andy: You dog!
Thomas: Wtf?
"Ponder all over the place"
I remember the time when I was a kid I used to buy The New Paper faithfully everyday, trying to read up on current events (but mostly just flipping straight to the back to read the sports segment). I also loved the various special sport pullouts during the World Cups and the European Cups, not to mention the contestant profiles during the annual New Face competitions.
Nowadays I could get my dosage of sporting news from the net (where TNP actually 'cut and paste' into their sports segment) and with junk food news being on its front page headlines (such as an unleashed husky biting a young girl's ear), it's beginning to look more like crap tabloids like The Sun.
I'll save my 70 cents for those flag day donation drives.
