Here's what been happening the past week:
A Waltz for a Night
I got to watch Before Sunrise and the sequel Before Sunset and I must admit both are excellent, hugely romantic films. Ethan Hawke and Julie Delpy make one of the best couples on celluloid. The song sang by Miss Delpy near the end of Sunset was especially sweet. (It was also composed by her.)
Anyway it was James Berardinelli's reviews on them that made me watched it. His website is at http://movie-reviews.colossus.net/main0.html. A very good extensive review site.
"Skip the sashimi please..."
A friend told me recently that Japanese chicks have vaginas that smells like fish, the reason being they eat raw stuff all the time.
Well I guess that explains the phrase 'You are what you eat'. Fascinating.
Crap
My luck isn't that good recently.

Thomas: Not good. Down a few hundred... You?
Friend: Bad. Gonna make a comeback tonight man...
Friend: ...anyway any tips on Liverpool versus Boro?
Thomas: Boro I think...
Friend: Me think so too man. Ok Boro then.
Thomas: ...
Later that night,
Friend: Liverpool won two nil.
